Season
I have played a lot
of squash recently and am really struggling with my matches, any advice
on what I can do to get out of this rut?
This is always a tough time of the (European) squash season as if you
are keen squash player you will probably have played a lot of squash
since September. Although you may have internal leagues or inter-club
matches try and intersperse these with some off-court exercise. If the
weather shows signs of improving a little get out for a run, or get into
the gym and do a couple of sessions on the treadmill or on the bike. You
should feel fresher from the change of scene and I am sure will soon
remember why you love playing as form of exercise!
